The authentication of every item is reviewed and inspected to ensure that its details meet with the manufacturer's established standards of quality: stamping, stitching, hardware, authenticity stamps, date codes, serial number (where applicable), materials and craftsmanship.

2) Send at least five images of your item to authentication@jebwa.com with your order ID. ( See the sample pictures here )

3) Our experts may reach out to you to ask some questions that they may have during the authentication process.

4) You'll hear back from us in 3-4 business days.

5) If your item is authenticated, you'll receive your Jebwa Authentication card in 15 days.
